Great Gulf Townhomes Floorplans Released

A new community by Great Gulf Homes, just released their new 16’ lot townhomes on Dundas close to Trafalger. This is a great location, with Superstore and Walmart being right across the street. The builder has released 5 different models at a starting price of $450k. The VIP launch was held on Sept 25th and 26th with only 14 lots released. The builder is releasing 20’ lot townhomes soon. Neyagawa Neighbourhood Update

The community looks great and will be connected to the east with the Mattamy and Remington Homes in the near future. This will be on large neighborhood with schools, shops, parks, and much more planned in the next few years.

Mattamy Commercial/Residential Townhouses

Mattamy has released Live/Work townhouses that will bring in new business opportunities and offer the community services such as pharmacies, dry cleaners, doctor offices etc.

One set of these houses will be located on Preserve dr, just South of Sixteen Mile dr and the other set will be located on Sixteen Mile Dr and a new street that still doesn’t have a name. The city of Oakville does have a restriction of what retailers are allowed to open.

Mattamy Homes Phase 1 Released

Mattamy has released phase one in the preserve this past weekend.  Reports say, there were roughly 300 people lined up, at the sales centre above, for approximately 150 homes which went on sale. This included 34, 38, 45, and 50 foot lots as well as townhomes. 95% of what was released sold within 2 days. Prices are expected to rise for the new release.
